Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all travel services, tours, retreats, and experiences (collectively, “Trips”) organized by Every Avenue Travel LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting a booking, paying a deposit, or participating in any Trip, you (“Client,” “Traveler,” or “Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

Every Avenue Travel LLC specializes in group travel, worldschooling experiences, family retreats, and guided tours for adults and minors. These terms apply to all participants, including parents, guardians, and accompanying children.

2. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit (specified in your booking confirmation) is required to secure your place.

Final balance payments must be received by the date indicated on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise noted.

Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent.

Prices are subject to change before confirmation due to exchange rates, supplier costs, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Participation of Minors

Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for their conduct and safety.

Guardians agree to supervise minors at all times and ensure adherence to group guidelines.

The Company reserves the right to remove families or individuals from a Trip if their behavior endangers themselves or others, or disrupts group harmony.

4. Worldschooling and Educational Activities

Every Avenue Travel LLC integrates cultural and experiential learning into its itineraries. Activities are optional and may include local tours, workshops, or nature-based learning.

Participation in any activity is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

The Company does not provide formal educational accreditation or curriculum equivalency.

5. Health, Fitness, and Conduct

Participants must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.

The Company reserves the right to decline participation if a traveler’s condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

All participants are expected to act respectfully toward hosts, guides, and fellow travelers. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Trip without refund.

6. Shared Accommodations and Family Logistics

Many of our worldschooling experiences include shared or family-based accommodations:

Rooming arrangements are confirmed prior to departure; specific preferences may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Families agree to respect quiet hours, shared facilities, and community guidelines established at each accommodation.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any required health documentation.

Every Avenue Travel LLC is not responsible for losses due to incomplete or invalid documentation, or refusal of entry.

8. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By booking with Every Avenue Travel LLC, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks — including illness, injury, property damage, and acts of nature.

The Company acts as an agent for independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.) and is not responsible for their actions or omissions.

You voluntarily assume all risks and release Every Avenue Travel LLC from any liability for loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from participation.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical, evacuation, trip interruption, and cancellation coverage.

9. Itinerary Adjustments and Force Majeure

Every Avenue Travel LLC reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed for safety, weather, or operational reasons.

In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government restriction), the Company is not liable for refunds beyond recoverable costs from suppliers.

10. Photography and Media Release

By participating in a Trip, you grant Every Avenue Travel LLC permission to use photographs, videos, and testimonials for marketing or educational purposes.

If you wish to opt out, you must notify the Company in writing prior to departure.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

12. Acknowledgment

By paying a deposit or joining any Trip with Every Avenue Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and accept responsibility for all participants registered under your booking.
